One of the simplest reasons your Napoleon furnace might not be working is because the thermostat isn’t set correctly. It may seem simple but it’s often overlooked. Make sure that the adjustable calibration scale is set up right and the temperature is set correctly. If everything is set properly, the issue could be a software issue.
Next, check your filters. Clogged filters can do damage if they are left unchanged. It will also send dirty air around your home which is bad especially if you have sensitive allergies. If you have a disposable filter then replace it with the proper size and if you have a permanent one, wash it with soap and water, rinse it thoroughly and let it dry all the way before returning it to the unit.

During the hottest week in the summer our old A/C decided to call it quits. Dave was able to accommodate my hectic schedule and book a late evening appointment to walk through the specifics. Greg and Mitch arrived exactly on time a few days later, were very polite and friendly, and within a couple of hours had a new unit up and running. I also received a follow-up call to ensure we were happy with the Amana.

Professionally done and took care to cover all entry floors to the house for the installers to remove the old furnace and install a new furnace.
I also made recommendations of the tankless water heater that we had installed and items to address. We did not know they also installed tankless water heaters.

Price was not the cheapest nor the most expensive of my quotes. It's the quality of the installation that makes for a good AC system. The twins' knowledge & professionalism was evident in the small details:

Great team of guys came to do the work. Very professional. Arrived on time worked very efficiently and were very clean. They answered any questions we had without hesitation.
