Leaks From a Hole in My HVAC System

The copper tube runs to the AC fan through the basement wall and out back.
Any ideas? Easy fix? Can I still run it until someone comes out?

Answer:
The bigger of those two pipes gets really cold.
It will condensate the moisture in the air and drip water.
It's normal, you can add insulation to prevent that, but it's not a huge issue.
