I'm planning to install a heat pump system in my home that can provide radiant heating as well as air heating and cooling.
I'm considering using an air-to-air heat pump for the traditional heating and cooling needs, and an air-to-water heat pump for the radiant heating system.
Has anyone else used this combination? Or this is a common or uncommon use of heat pump?
What types or models of heat pumps would you recommend for this setup? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have setup in my home probably what youre thinking of.
I have an air to water heat pump that provides warm water for my radiant floor in my basement as well as a central water-to-air air handler and 2 mini split style water fan coils.
The same heat pump provides DHW as well as chilled water for cooling.
I really like this route over traditional heat pumps since all the refrigerant is outside the home.
Its extremely DIY friendly without needing any extra tools beyond plumbing based.
Most of the ones Ive seen are inverter based which helps with the varying load of the home throughout the day.
