Window AC making room more humid

I have a Midea 5000 btu air conditioner and when it kicks off the humidity quickly rises to about 80% then when it comes back on it drops back into the 60s, why is it doing this?

Answer:
Try eco mode, dry 60 until its to cold for you.

My Fiancé and I have relied on Twintech Heating and Cooling now for the better part of the last 10 years.
