How to sell an almost new heat pump in Seattle

We purchased a new Mitsubishi H2i heat pump in Dec 2021, but quickly discovered that it was undersized for our home.
We brought in a new HVAC company and replaced it after 6 months of use with a larger unit.
We now have the old unit in our garage and want to sell it to recoup some of the cost, but are unsure to who. It's been listed on Offer Up but isn't getting bites.
Any advice?

HVAC is a little bit like paint.
Install and markup are most of the cost.
