Any reason why this could have happened?

These look like they got burned out (not sure the correct terminology) but the AC is blowing only hot air since.
Any ideas why? Also, circuit breaker is making buzzing noise when AC breaker is flipped on.
Makes a buzzing noise every 5-10min but everyone who's listened says it doesn't sound off, just sounds like it's pulling more amps.

Answer:
Your unit could be pulling high amps or even an issue with your contractor.
If it hasn't been running well the last few months and you found this it's time to have it checked out.

My Fiancé and I have relied on Twintech Heating and Cooling now for the better part of the last 10 years.
