Is My Furnace C-Wire Hooked Up?

Also is it okay there’s two blue wires pigtailed with the brown wire?

Answer:
The blue wires attached to the brown are most likely your C (common) wire.
There are two (one to outdoor unit, one to thermostat), which attach at the Air Handler - Electric Furnace.
