Hello to Everyone, first we would like to start by giving a shoutout to all of our front line workers, people who are doing their very best to keep us all and safe and sound, not to mention putting themselves at risk all the while. These are trying times no doubt, but everyone needs to buckle down and do their part so that someday we will be living life in a way most of us are missing right now.
With the summer heat just around the corner, now is the time to replace your Air Conditioner. It may be a wise idea to consider replacing your broken or poorly functioning system now before the heat comes and you find out your choices are limited because pent up demand amounts to more than most HVAC businesses can deal with. Now is the time to get a new furnace or air conditioner installed so that the technicians can take all the time they need to do a proper installation and setup of the new equipment and you will be able to get a few quotes to get the best deal for you.
Setting up the new Furnace or Air conditioner that you are buying is one of the most important steps in the process, and more often than not on service calls, we find equipment that was never properly calibrated by the installers. This happens because Technicians are often rushed to the next job of the day during the busy season. The months of May, June, July, and August are the most hectic months for most HVAC businesses. I left a live chat message on their website that my air conditioning was not working. Within 1hr a representative called me to discuss my options.
The next day he came to the house to review my needs and give me a price for a new system. Price quoted was less than I expected and the installation was completed the following day. I found their salesman and the installers very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. All my questions were answered. Everything was properly explained in regards to what unit was needed and why, along with instruction where needed for use.
The installers made sure everything was working properly before they left.

He not only took the time to check everything but also educated us on why we needed what he recommended. Greg and Mitch graciously accommodated us on our requested day and time for job to be done. Our furnace was rattling, as soon as we put our air conditioner on this past week. We had researched looking for a company that was Registered with Better Business Bureau, and this company TwinTech, had A+ Rating. I contacted various companies when looking to install a new furnace and I found Twintech to be transparent with their communication and approach.
